![]() Workouts are designed to be helpful and engaging for runners at all levels of experience from the beginner making his or her first foray into the world of cross country to the veteran with several years of running experience. Led by US head cross country Coach Jack Somers, runners can take advantage of the Hunting Valley campus’s gorgeous forest trails and fabulous outdoor track on their daily runs and workouts. ![]() In this fun, fast-paced camp, young runners are introduced to critical aspects of technique, training, and diet that will set them up for running success in high school and beyond.
